These are the current published terms of the DSPDF platform. If you have a separately signed written contract with DSPDF that conflicts with this document, the written contract prevails. This page is not legal advice.
Before you submit a quote request, please also read and agree to the User Agreement and Privacy Policy. This policy applies to requests from registered users and guests. If it conflicts with a stamped purchase contract, the contract prevails.
1. Purpose and scope
This policy sets expectations for accurate request data, quotation validity, price and lead-time movement, file handling, confidentiality, and when a sales contract is formed, so informal discussions are not mistaken for binding deals. Requests started on the website, by email, or through support are covered, unless a written contract says otherwise.
2. What to submit
Provide a real contact name, a valid company email address, models, and quantities. Package, target lead time, application conditions, and whether alternatives are acceptable help us match faster. You are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of uploaded BOMs, drawings, or other files, and you confirm you have the right to disclose them to us. Do not upload sensitive personal information that is unrelated to the request.
3. Review and reply
We will review requests as soon as we can and contact you at the email you provided. Working hours are usually Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM. Public holidays in China may delay replies. For urgent needs, also call 400-888-0000. We may ask for more information if a model is obsolete, documents are incomplete, the quantity is too low, or the request is unclear. We do not guarantee stock or a price for every request.
4. Effect and validity of quotations
Unless a quotation states otherwise, verbal or email quotations are typically valid for 7 calendar days from the date sent. FX moves, factory price changes, freight, and taxes may require an update. A quotation is not a binding commitment to sell. A sales contract is formed only after both parties confirm an order, including model, quantity, unit price, lead time, payment, and quality terms.
5. Price, lead time, MOQ, and packing
Displayed or replied prices are generally pre-tax reference figures. VAT, freight, duties, and insurance follow the quotation notes. Lead times are estimated working days and depend on factory scheduling, logistics, and customs. They are not guaranteed arrival dates unless a guaranteed date is agreed in writing. Some models have minimum order quantities, multiple packing, or reel packing. The confirmed quotation and manufacturer packing rules prevail.
6. BOMs, attachments, and alternatives
Uploaded BOMs are used only to match models, prepare replies, and keep records. We may suggest alternatives based on parameters and supply. Those suggestions are for engineering evaluation and do not replace your design verification, certification, or safety responsibility. Complete specification comparison, sample testing, and any customer or certification change process before adopting an alternative. Losses from switching without adequate verification are yours.
7. Confidentiality
We will keep your request content, BOM, and commercial terms reasonably confidential and disclose them only to staff and authorized channels who need them to process the request. You must also keep our prices, stock, channel, and unpublished commercial information confidential and not disclose them to unrelated third parties without consent. A separate NDA, if any, controls.
8. Samples and technical support
Samples, technical Q&A, and selection support require a separate request. Availability, fees, and freight are agreed at the time. Sample appearance and lot may differ from production. Technical replies are based on public specifications and experience. They are not a warranty or a certification opinion. For safety, medical, automotive, or aerospace use, follow the manufacturer datasheet and your own conformity assessment.
9. Orders, contracts, and delivery
Once an order is confirmed, it is governed by the written terms and the trading conditions then published. Changes or cancellations need both parties' agreement. Released or custom parts may be non-cancellable and may incur charges. Risk and title transfer, inspection, and quality claim periods follow the contract or delivery note. Request import inspection or certification documents in writing before you place the order.
10. Liability and contact
Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Platform is not liable for lost profits, line-down, or other indirect losses arising from quote requests, quotations, or selection advice. Recoverable damages attributable to the Platform are capped at the amount actually paid on the confirmed order, or RMB 100 if no order was placed. Quote desk: sales@dspdf.com; hotline 400-888-0000 (Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM). Submitting a request means you have read and agree to this policy.
