Welcome to DSPDF (, the "Platform"), a library for power and electronic component data, selection support, and online quote requests. Please read this agreement before creating an account, submitting a quote request, or continuing to use the service. By selecting agree, registering, signing in, or using the Platform, you confirm that you understand and accept this agreement.
1. Acceptance and scope
This agreement is a binding arrangement between you and the Platform operator covering use of the DSPDF website and related services. It applies to visitors, registered users, and quote requesters. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company, and the company will be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree, stop using the service immediately.
2. Services
The Platform provides model search, datasheet and parameter lookup, alternative references, favorites, account management, and online quote requests. Features may be added, changed, or withdrawn as the business evolves. Brands, models, parameters, supply clues, and certification notes shown on the Platform come from supplier materials, public sources, or user submissions. They are for selection and sourcing reference only and are not a commitment about any specific lot.
3. Accounts and security
When you register, provide a true, accurate, and complete contact name and email address, and keep them updated. You must protect your account credentials and are responsible for activity under the account. If you notice unauthorized use, notify us immediately at 400-888-0000 or sales@dspdf.com. We may restrict or close an account when we reasonably suspect a security risk.
4. Documents, datasheets, and intellectual property
Page design, copy, database arrangement, and search presentation on the Platform belong to the Platform or other lawful rights holders. Without written permission you may not copy, scrape, mirror, resell, or use the materials to train models, or otherwise go beyond personal or internal company selection use. Datasheets, trademarks, and model names may belong to original manufacturers or other rights holders. Download or viewing grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to review, not ownership of the IP. Final design, certification, and purchasing must follow the latest manufacturer datasheet and any written contract.
5. Quote requests, quotations, and contracts
Submitting a quote request on the Platform does not by itself form a sales contract. Prices, lead times, and minimum order quantities provided by our team are invitations to treat or reference quotations. A contract exists only after both parties confirm a written order or contract. Processing rules are set out in the Quote Policy. Component markets fluctuate. The Platform does not guarantee price or lead time for unconfirmed orders.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Platform for unlawful activity, upload files that contain malware, interfere with the website, submit fake quote requests, occupy commercial resources in bad faith, or infringe intellectual property or trade secrets. We may remove content, refuse service, or freeze accounts for violations, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for losses caused by network failure, third-party outages, force majeure, your own operations, or third-party infringement. We are also not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from data errors, end-of-life models, or alternatives that do not meet expectations. If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a single incident will not exceed the service fees you actually paid in that dispute, or RMB 100 if you paid nothing.
8. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may change, suspend, or end some or all services for operational, security, or compliance reasons, and will give reasonable notice by site announcement or email. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. After an account ends, we may retain records for the period required by law, then delete or anonymize them unless a longer retention is required.
9. Governing law and disputes
Formation, validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement are governed by the laws of mainland China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The parties should first try to resolve disputes through consultation. If that fails, the dispute will be submitted to a competent court at the operator's location. If any clause is held invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force.
10. Amendments and contact
We may amend this agreement, publish the update on the website, and change the last-updated date. If an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, we will notify you by announcement or email. Continued use after the amendment takes effect means you accept the revised agreement.
